Qualification: | Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level; Or Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level. Statistical Investigator Grade-II:Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institute. The candidates must have studied Statistics as a subject in all the three years or all the 6 semesters of the graduation course. Research Assistant in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC): Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. Desirable Qualification: Minimum one-year research experience in any recognized university or recognized Research Institution; Degree in Law or Human Rights from a recognized university. All Other Posts: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute. The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before 01-08-2024. |

There shall be no provision for re-evaluation/ re-checking of the scores of any stage/ Tier(s) of the examination. The Scheme of Tier-I exam is as mentioned below. Type of questions: Tier-I will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi except for English Comprehension. Negative marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer. Duration of exam: 1 hour (1 hour and 20 minutes for the candidates eligible for scribe as mentioned in the official notification). Normalization of marks: Marks scored by candidates in Computer Based Examinations, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalized by using the formula published by the Commission vide Notice No: 1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019 and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
